Jeff is a highly experienced New Zealand horticulturist, adult educator, tertiary educational leader, project manager and academic reviewer, with over thirty years’ experience leading teams within New Zealand’s horticulture and vocational sectors.
He is highly experienced and skilled academic and quality leader, programme developer and project manager across a wide range of domestic and international community based vocational educational sectors, particularly focusing second chance learners and transformative youth development into employment.
Jeff’s main personal strength has always been his ability to communicate, motivate and support, through shared values, teams to reach their full potential, and deliver innovation, monitor quality standards, solve problems to achieve the desired results, always within complex funding, compliance and project frameworks.
He is a qualified and experienced horticulturist who specialises in solving problems for communities in New Zealand, the Pacific and China through project-based initiatives that bring people together through long term collaborations.
Jeff has a Master’s Degree in Management, a Bachelor in Adult Education and a range of Horticulture and Te Reo Māori qualifications.
He can help you solve complex problems and challenges in community-based horticulture and vocational education sectors in New Zealand and across the Pacific.
